Angela Sun

Angela Sun was born in Santa Clara County, CA on 19 October 1979. She is an American journalist, sportscaster, documentary filmmaker and TV presenter. Angela Sun, a journalist and sportscaster who has been awarded accolades for her work on Santa Clara County California was born October 19, 1979. She earned her degree in Sociology and Communication at the University of California. Sun was a pro at surfing. She took part in various professional-am surfing competitions, which led to sponsorship deals with brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. The recognition she received through these events was like rocket fuel which prompted her to enter the industry of entertainment. Later, she became an investigative filmmaker and journalist as well as a sportscaster. Sun has been a reporter on several news outlets, but mostly in the role of anchor. In 2003, she was reporter for Fox Sports Net reporter. She has also been host of American Ninja Warrior alongside Matt Iseman and Jonny Moseley in 2012. Sun hosts The Yahoo Sports Minute during the year 2014. She was the first Asian American presenter to air on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports as well as Tennis Channel. Sun's acting skills have earned her fame. She has worked in movies like Goliath (2016) Hit the Floor ( 2014- 2016) A Perfect Getaway ( 2009) Shackled (2005) Street Kings (2008) and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). Sun published Platic Paradise : The Great Pacific Garbage Patch in a documentary that she produced as well as wrote.
