Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe came from a multicultural family. She was born in South London. Her father is Nigerian as well as Swiss and the mother of her is English. Her family was lived in a housing estate run by the council south of London. When she was 14she enrolled in The Brit School. It was the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art is where she obtained a BA degree in acting. During her time at the academy, she performed in several performances on stage, such as King Henry V playing Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights portraying Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started acting in Storm Damage. Since then, she has been a guest star for Teachers, Doctors, Casualty, and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her debut film as a performer came from that of the Woody Allen 2007 movie Cassandra's Dream. She starred with Colin Farrell & Ewan MacGregor. In the following film, she was the lead in Elisha on a BBC Three pilot drama, in West 10 LDN. In addition, she appeared as Ollie in six episodes each of Trexx, Flipside, and Flipside. In 2008, she got Bambi's role on ITV2 Drama series Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was in the series 2 and 3. Madekwe was a star in the comedy of 2008 How to Alienate and Lose Friends. Performance credits for Madekwe include Little Sweet Thing and Flight Path.
Madekwe officially made her US debut with The Beautiful Life in 2009. The show ran just two episodes at The CW, and was eventually cancelled. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC drama Revenge in February of 2011. Madekwe appeared in all episodes of the show's initial two seasons as an regular. In May of 2013, it was announced that news broke that Madekwe will be departing the show following her guest appearance in the first episode of the series' third season. She starred as Tituba on the show Salem between 2014 and 2016. Madekwe, along with her boyfriend who has been with her for a long time, Iddo Goldenberg, were wedding in June of 2012. They have worked together in the show Secret Diary of a Call Girl as well as he had a role alongside her in the television series Salem.

Ashley Leggat grew up in Hamilton Ontario with an extended family. Her family included her parents Roy and Patty along with four older brothers: Brett, Todd and Bram twins, Rob, and Brett. Ashley's athletic brothers played baseball in summer as well as hockey in winter. Ashley was unable to walk, but could dance. In the end, as she grew older, she discovered Baby Ballet. Ashley was captivated by dance at this age. Ashley continued to compete through high school graduation, with top divisions like ballet, tap, Jazz and Pointe. She also competed in Acrobatics, Acrobatics Musical Theatre, Lyrical Hip Hop, and more. The major dance festivals, like International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and others, have awarded her with the honor of "top soloist".
